how to remove sound deadining

how it?
just bought another ae92 but this time supercharged. i ripped out the interior and chiseled out the sound deadining and theres still small bits left and some of the paint on sound deadining which i cant chisel off. any ideas on how to get it off? i want to get it out to remove the rust and paint the insides of my car

im got a sand blaster for $20 and salesman got me to buy some sand for $20 i think i should of gone to the beach and got some. ill give it a try tomorrow and see how it goes

sand blasted it but not all of the bigger bits came off so i got to scrape the bigger bits into smaller bits then sand balst again. and i never realise how much sand hurts then it flies into your eyes and mouth

well i've only heard of 2 ways of doing it
1.using heat gun (i done it & dont recomend it)
2. usind dry ice (ill do the rest of the car this way since they say you put the ice on the sound deadning, wait to get cold and hammered it .it breaks like ice=much easier)
