I know this is directed to Andrew and all, but why would Andrew know of any good Indian restaurants? Consider that there are a few brown guys on this forum including myself. And yeah do u guys go to indian restaurants at some meetings?

Hey Nick,
If you've got a budget, go to The Host - http://www.welcometohost.com/ It's considered one of the best Indian restaurants in Toronto and they do both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food there.
They've got 2 locations, take your pick - Richmond Hil and in Yorkville.

fyi, my parents were raised in India for the greater part of their lives, mom in calcutta, and dad in simla.

now back to my dahl-puri and tandori chicken kababs,...

anyways The Host isn't bad, but there is some new place called Jaipur, and I hear, although it has been ages since i have returned, to Bombay Behl (Bhel) at hwy 7 by parkway cinimas, I hear business there is booming.

Jalabees and rasgulas anyone? Marc?

Bombay Bhel is good, they have a location that I go to at Hurontario and Eglinton. Man, I'm surrounded by Pak-Indo food here in Mississauga. Last time Yasin was here I took him to a place called Tandoori Time that was converted from an old Coffee Time - how original.
Chicken and Lamb korma rock, I fear sugar overload from eating stuff like galub jamon but it's so good.

wicked!!! i'll be sure to check them out. i'm craving for some naan and tandoori.

we went to tandoori hut in Montreal. it was the bomb needless to say but the mango lasshi (sp?) kicked ass!!!!!
