from what I've heard... GM plans to develop one for the 1ZZ-FE equipped Pontiac Vibe.... it should in theory then bolt onto the Corolla

I FOUND a TURBO for the 1ZZ-FE

I was searching up some stuff last night
and i found a bolt on turbo for the 1ZZ-FE engine :o

check it out on the website

It just might work...
Someone do it, becuz i want to ... NO MONEY :evil:

Why does that engine layout look so much "different" than my 99 1zzfe? Battery, wiper motor. And where exactally is that intake going? To the turbo I assume, all the way around the hot engine? Will the celica turbo work on a corolla? Question questions :-?

I'm Guessing to make room for the turbo, people had to move things around....
Yea, do think that intake is qwered. Maybe it had to be rerouted to make room for all the other junk.
Is there an expert in here that can tell us about this turbo!!!!???

That's a 1ZZ-FE with VVT-i. They do look quite different than the non-VVT-i version.
