Talking Cat Cam Dyno Results 1ZZ

Hey guys I just wanted to show off a lil bit. I just got a set of Cat Cams and put my baby on the dyno. I had a baseline of 116 and I put down 134. With gains starting at approx 3000 all the way to 6500. Plus I made almost 20 hp over stock at 6500 Thats not bad for a completely stock engine and ECU. I should definately be able to squeeze more out of it with engine management. I have a pic of the dyno, but we-todd-did-racing.com is being stupid and is corrupting the file once uploaded. Are they any other good places to upload a pic?

Why is it BS? just curious... if it is true I'd love to see the dyno chart. Use www.cardomain.com, www.pichost.com, or www.putfile.com they are all free.

Polo man, what are u talking about? We did a baseline run first and installed the cams and ran it again. I don't know why you would think that my baseline is my crank horsepower.

I think REN69 needs to back off of everybody ass before he starts raising B.S. flags on people without knowing for sure whether or not it's true. You (REN69) do that on just about every thread I see you on. Why don't you stop for two seconds, figure out what people are trying to say and give some people who obviously aren't as smart as you some time to do things like, for instance post pics. Anybody can go visit and read through the 87 Corolla FX Horsepower Thread where kellythehunter is trying to load a pic but can't because they didn't know you couldn't do it straight from their computer without loading it onto the internet first. Well, REN decided he'd get smart and spout off with

I was also wondering that same thing. Because that's the way my civic looked when we dyno'd before and after exhaust. It had the first run on the bottom and the final run on the top.

Think about it.. he had one post, he didn't bother to introduce himself, and he comes advertising about Cat cams... wouldn't you think its a spam post considering we've been having a shitload of them lately????

Hey Polo, no big thing. I had to do it, I was testing these cams for Cat. So I had to do a baseline run and a post cam run so they could see the difference. I'm pretty happy with it, it definatly woke up my lil 4 banger.

Ren... I have one post becuase my Corolla isn't my fun car. And I never even thought that there would be a big forum for it. My Corolla is my get around town car. I got bored and wanted to do a couple little things to it and found out that Cat was developing cams. And since I have wayyyyy too much free time, I decided to check em out.
