95 corlla 1.8l 7afe

i have a 95 corolla 1.8l with the 7afe celica engine. all ive done so far is a 2 muffler exaust wich is really deep and a weapon r intake, and a bunch of eye candy to the outside appearence. it runs 0-60 in 8.2 sec and quarter mile in mid 18s. i am a full time student at wyotech and i wanted to know if anyone knows anything i can do to it without spending money. ex. tweek valves or timing. please post and/or email me

you got the swapped for a 7AF-FE celica engine? what happened to the original? I had a corolla with the stock 7A-FE motor and it was pretty quick. the Corolla 7A-FE has a higher peak torque at a lower RPM and the celica has more hp but less torque.
