2003 Corolla- HubCap/Wheel cover stolen/fell off: Size? Replacement cost? CHECK PICS!

First of all, I'm not car person so please excuse my illiteracy.
About the 2003 Corolla LE i'm driving.
I'm not sure if you call it a hub cap, or a wheel cover (which is it?) , but one of them is missing or maybe stolen from my front right tire. Its those hub cap where its not bolted into, and that you just snap it in and out. What are the chances of it falling off versus someone taking them off? Maybe some guy was just screwing around and decided to snap it off, or maybe his corolla had a missing cap so he decided to take someone elses to replace his. And please, dont tell me to steal it off somene elses, cause i WONT

From the pics, are they generic Toyota Corolla hub caps? It has no Toyota symbol on it. This car was bought at a Certified Preowned Toyota Dealer.
The tire size is P195/65R15 . Does that mean the hub cap is 16.5 inches? Cause I got a measuring tape and measured it. Whats the exact size for the tire and hubcap?

Are these hubcaps easy to find? Im only missing one, the car's not mine and the owner is comming back to town next week or two and I sorta want to have it replaced asap! If anyone has a website or a place to go get them, please let me know, I live in San Francisco, California. Anywhere in that area? Website? How much? Is there a junkyard maybe or a store that'll sell these? I need the EXACT one hopefully... I saw one on Ebay thats the same but with a Toyota symbol. But I still dunno the EXACT size of the hubcap/tire.
Here are a couple pics from the missing cap and from another tire of mines W/ the cap: (tell me if the pics dont show up)

The chances of it falling off are probably better than it being stolen, I have 1 hubcap left and everytime I've lost one, I've had someone come up next to me at a light or something and tell me my hubcap fell off. While the possibility of it being stolen still exists, it is likely that it simply fell off. The pics showed up, and your best bet would be to go on EBay and see if you can find one for pretty cheap. I'm not sure how much you will be looking at. Not having a toyota emblem in the middle means that they were replaced at the dealer, meaning one or more was probably missing or broken when they recieved the vehicle. It might be hard to find those same one's without the logo unless you go to the shop you got the car from and see what they can do for you, but just get ready for them to charge you out the wazoo! Try Ebay and see if you can replace all 4 for relatively cheap, so as to have all the wheels the same. Or you could always take the other three off, and roll with the steelies..

I know this isn't the answer that you're looking for, but get alloys!

Otherwise, just do what he said, or even head out to your local pep boys or whatever, and see what they have in stock. Hubcaps from the dealer = expensive. Just stay away from the chrome ones. You'll want a 15 inch hubcap, btw.

We have a few places here called hub cap heaven, etc. etc. look in your phone book I'm sure there is a few that might have a match or you can always check the bone yards...Or you can go to a Walmart or other discount places or auto stores and pick up a new set of 4 for your car or the trading times for used ones....Make sure that they fit the contour of your wheel looks like yours comes out a little in the middle so a flat type hubcap might not fit....Why not give your car a treat and buy a new set of 15 inch alloy/mags....good luck, Radd Man..

Judging by the first picture, it looks like you scrubbed something, which is a good way to relieve yourself of a hubcap. I had the same problem with my echo. Anyway, go back to the dealer and ask them if they can get you another one. If not, go buy some spinning hubcaps at pep boys.

Dealers will charge you up the ass for OEM replacement.. a simple solution is just take them all off, its the style now a days anyways.. the OEM black steelie look. looks better than having some funky wheel cover.

You may ask the dealer if there is a known hub cap problem and get a free one. My wife lost hers on her new 2003 Corolla within 2 days of driving it off the lot. (Fortunately, the car has been ~good since then.)

Dealership will charge you upwards of 80 dollars+ EACH. I do recommend this place, since I bought mine here.
Acker Wheels Stock Wheels Only

They only charged me 30 bucks for a new hubcap at the time and it was BRAND NEW OEM NOT USED. So it was an awesome deal off the bat. They go around the back to the stocks and they look for the best quality they can find. Give them a call, see if they do shipping, or just drive the 45 minutes down there to pick it up and stop by SJ.

The best places to go are to the auto scrap yards. Cheap.

Has anyone seen a 4 Titanium 15' Low Profile Rims?
