im looking at buying a 91 SR5 it has 240k on it and i havnt actually gone to see the car yet but in general what are these cars like and what kind of things should i look for on it? thx alot

like do you think that engine would still run for a while and is that model very prone to rusting?

I would say the engine would still run for awhile..Mines got 269,000 km's, runs mint. I drive it Hard too so I'd say it's got life in it..Mines only rusty on the rockers infront of ym back tires and a tiny bti on the back wheel arches.

well what kind of rust would be okay and what kind of rust would prevent it from passing a safety
