can i just fix it?

can i just fix the reservetank for the radiator somewhere near the battery and connect it to the radiator? because as u can see, my engine is missing its 'reserved' water tank . tq

What do you mean fix it? I believe they mount via screws if memory serves, we had a similar '95 Corolla XE back in the Philippines. I took it out to flush the radiator so I remember how it is. I think you can glue the broken piece back together because it's only plastic, but since I don't know of the quality I bet a used one would serve you just as well.

While you're at it, clean or replace your air filter!
