I am going to sell my AE86 because my parents forced me to. They give me two choices, it's either I sell the car of I sleep outside of the house... So that give me no choice...

!!!??? Why don't your parents want you to have that car?? If it's because it's old (I almost didn't get mine because my dad wanted me to have a NEW car)
That's pretty much the same with my case Aaron. My parents probably would have gotten me something like a Protege if I didn't ask for a AE86. Oh well.. nothing compares to the car in the late-80's-early-90's. :wink:
Tofu: There's got to be a solution to your problem? If I remember correctly, I read in a post on Club4ag that you have no room to park the car? Something like that? There's got to be a solution to every problem!? Looks like you've spent so much on your car already! Man...
The main problem is it's an old car. Also it's a two door car without ABS, airbags and stuff like that... CamryRR, Rookie Solara and other Camry and Solara members know my story. I sold my Solara this April because it's a 2 dr. :sad: My parents went for vacation, before they came back, I bought the AE86 and spent time and money repairing it. When they came back, they just force me to sell the car... :sad: They just don't like it, it's either I sell the car or I have to sleep outside... :sad:

In all seriousness, my dad wanted me to have an automatic Civic or Protoge. Damn, it sucks that you have to part with your car. I got mine because I just flat out refused to drive an auto.
I bought the car myself but I can't find a place like that to live...

ojay, i'm a bit confused...if you bought the car with your own money, why are your parents bitching you out? and secondly, why would they care if you bought it with your own cash? if you don;t mind me asking how old are you?
It's because I am living in their house... I am older than 19 and bought the car while they were not here in Canada. Also they think 2 door is not safe, that's why I traded in my car earlier this year...... They think a car that old is not safe too... And the most important thing is my dad is not running a tofu shop... You will understand this if you live in a traditional Asian family. :razz:

If you are in Toronto, if I have extra $3000 US, if my fiance will give me like $50 to spend every week after we get marry, if I know how to drive stick, if that is WHITE instead of RED, if I have extra $2000 to paint that into White and Black.....if I can go back to HK and get the Tofu Sticker from Initial D.....

Come on man! Pay me $500 more and I will drive it to Toronto! I almost painted it black and white! :razz: My parents stopped me on time so I saved that additional $500 but I fixed the rust anyway. I got the tofu stickers cut for CAD$40 a pair but I sold it right after they cut. Challenge your wife! If she says no sex, then get a whore! Hooker will sucks but your wife won't. :grin:
