Help lost lights and power windows

My good od corolla saved my ass today and now I went to go start it again and I had no tach, no dash lights, tail lights raido would not work. I have no idea what is wrong I checked the fuses but they are all good. could this be a bad ground or a bad relay. I need my car. I blew up my spare car last night. I am getting an other but I want my corolla back. or is this something that is common with a ae92 corolla. I just dont want to scrap my car I love it too much. please help me.

did you check the relays in the engine bay?? they should be by the battery.
