vibrating sounds

just wondering if anyone has ever had this problem with there car. when i turn on my A/C on my 01rolla and start to accelarate (anywhere from zero to five mph) my car make this vibrating noise coming from under the hood on the passenger side. it started out low and i was told its most likely the belt but now not even my radio can tune it out. its sounds like a cell phone vibrating on a counter top but a billion times louder. i never have time or money to take it in to the dealer and besides all my parts are still on tight AND ONE MORE THING i found this hose that just sticks out of the fire wall and it drips water i guess. its right above the cv boot any clue what it is??? thank for any info you may have

Sorry i cant give you the exact answer, but even my car(05 LE) vibrates in low speed, low rpm when I start moving except that i dont get that cell phone vibration type sound. I might be wrong, but check if there are'nt any lose object or bolts on the condenser. Also, the hose that drips water should be from the condenser, which is normal.

I had the same problem with my 01 and it was the loose heat sheids. they tightened them up and that stopped the rattle.

Yes, I experience this same thing with my 03 LE... it happens usually when I first leave in the morning, or leave from a parking space... It's usally very quick and minimal in noise level. it's never concerned me. I just figured the dash was vibrating... it will probably cause more sweaks to get the sound found or fixed, so I've left it alone. Hope it helps.
