Is the Corolla drive by wire?

I'm curious if the Corolla is drive by wire or not... We have an 03, and the throttles always felt a little weird to me... kinda jumpy, not like a lot of cars I've driven.

You might need to have your pedal system cleaned if it feels jumpy or rough. The cleaned the lines on my dad's 2000 Camry and now the pedal is really smooth.
