4AGE AFM/MAP Models Question

OK: Which 4AGE models came with an AFM setup, not a MAP setup. From what i gathered it goes something like this (correct me if i'm wrong, and dis regarding the GZE's):

Gen 5.5 (20v Blacktop): MAP
Gen 5 (20v Silvertop): AFM W/Square input
Gen 4 (bigport i believe): MAP
Gen 3 (Smallport with TVIS): AFM w/Round input
Gen 2 (smallport w/o TVIS): AFM w/round input
Gen 1 (4AGL): carb'd

The reason i'm asking this (and disregarding the GZE's) is because i may need an AFM for my 20v, and i cannot source one in WA. I may be able to adapt the older Gen's to suit if i know what they came with. If someone could please clarify that i have the generations and the metering systems correct that would be great.

if you need an oem part for the 20V, try this website based in the Philippines. pm trdqc coz i think he's got a 20V AFM from the 1st Gen silvertop in stock right now.

the bigport 16V 4A-GE are all AFM equipped (i think) and the North American smallports are also AFM equipped but the JDM smallports are MAP. ALL ST 20V have AFM both 1st and 2nd Gen while BT 20V are all MAP.
