Anyone know of any performance upgrades for the new 2005 Corolla XRS? I currently have a TRD Exhaust and an INJEN Cold Air Intake (Which is really for a MATRIX) but I need more. Any chips out there or other upgrades for speed and torque? They don't necessarily have to be from TRD or specifically made for the XRS but if someone out there has tested it and it works I will give it a try.

WOW Thats awesome you put the TRD pipe on. How does it sound??? I've been thinking about adding that for more power and softer sound to my 05 stock XRS. Do you have a video or sound clip you can share?

Sadly, there isn't much aftermarket support for the XRS. BUT... a lot of the aftermarket stuff for the Matrix XRS do fit, so you may want to look into that.

And at the end of it all, you can always pull a custom turbo job.

How does it sound?

Well when I had just the TRD exhaust it sounded good. Now I have the INJEN CAI also. It sounds like a beast. I can't go down a street without revving it. I am going to the track this Wednesday to kick some a$$. I will try to get an audio clip and/or video clip some time this week for you.

Im running a 15.14 with injen cai, greddy exhaust and twm short shifter.

I want to know if my results are typical.

I ran a 15.7. I don't have the short shifter and need to get new motor mounts because the stock ones produce severe wheel hop at take off. I think I can get a low 15 if I had this, I lose alot of time at the start. 15.14 is a nice time though.
