Advice on lowering My Car

I have a 97 Corolla. I am thinking about lowering it using coilover. I want to lower it 1.5" in the front 1" in the back. I want know if I lower it will I need a camber alignment. i dont want my tires to look lean like some civics or integras i be seeing or will it be fine.

If you want to drop it an inch to inch and a half then don't bother with coilovers... The ride will be too stiff and you'll end up buying spring and struts later down the rode anyway.

Go with the Tein H Tech springs and a new set of KYB gr2 struts and you'll get the ride height you're looking for and a smooth bump free ride.

With an inch and a half drop you should not have to mess with the camber too much. I was dropped 2 inches and was at the outer limit of the camber but still within factory limit. If you are running low pro tires then you might want to get camber bolts and have the alignment done right after you lower the car.

I'm on jdm kg/mm coilovers, about 1.5 finger gap in front and 1 in back and I have hella negative camber (that I have to fix) but I'm slammed.

You will need a 4 wheel alignment but no aftermarket camber bolts are necessary in your case.

keep in mind that I do have the TRD lip kit .. if you were not to have it there.. there would be more clearance.
