Arrow Tccs Swap On 1984 Corrola ?

Hi. I have a 1984 Corolla . It ran fine untill i was driving home in the rain a couple months ago and it stalled...has never started again. Thought something might have just got wet but it would have started by now. It just had a tune up, new plugs, rotor button, coil, distributer, plug wires ..I went thrugh and rechecked all that and its fine. I then changed the fuel pump and the fuel filter but then we came to realise that its not getting and gas or spark..The haynes manual does not really get into much on the subject of the ECU / TCCS I am thinking that this is very likely the problem because i hear it controls the spark and gas.I am wanting to know if it is possable for me to swap the ECU / TCCS myself . And also how much the part i need will cost..New and used..can i get a used one?
If anyone has anyother sugestions i should try before i tackle this please let me know..I will try anything..landlord is getting salty about it just sitting

If its carburated, you don't have an ECU... maybe the motor is hydrolocked.. meaning water got into the motor and basically killed it on ya.
