totally up to you

but most ppl would follow this order

intake
suspension
engine work

remember with POWAH you must have control

and seeing your other cosmetic posts i understand your desire for looks, afterall who doesn't want their car to look good, however i don't think you need to put $$$ on a body kit, just get a nice lip and you'll see a nice difference, the AE92 GT-S looks really good in stock form already (except the rims :-? )

what i sugest is that you upgrade the suspension first (lower if possible)....than intake .....than what came in must come out = header, cat back or at least header and muffler....

try to know the handling and limits of the car with these upgrades and then...... boost!!!! either turbo or super charger.....

dont forget to have a realy good handling before boosting ....
and whatch out for the internals when boosting to! (its a 10-14 year old engine!)

oh and with the suspension get some nice wide rubber 185/60/14 is the stock size but you can upgrade to15's or what i do is go 195/55/14....

its up to you but that is what is sugest..
