So I need to upgrade..

My struts on the 89 AE92 in the next week or so.. any suggestions?? I was thinking of going for KYB's and maybe a 1" drop.. good price and I don't do any racing anyways.. but who knows, maybe one day I will.. anyone know of anything else like good coilovers and struts that i can get, and where? how bout this.. what do you have on your AE92's and how do you like it??

cool.. why the KYB-Tokico mix? and how did the 1.6" drop affect your alignment?? do you go thru tires a lot or did you find a good shop to do a proper alignment?... just curious cuz the only reason I'm thinking of a 1" drop instead of 1.5 or 1.6 is to avoid alignment problems and tire problems.

The guy I went to, to lower the car is awsome with lowering cars. He's actually an expert in that field.

He lowered it and did an alignment for me, I don't rub or wear out tires and I don't have any negative or positive camber.

The KYB/Tokico combination is a long story, trust me you don't want to hear it. Just get a set of four KYB GR2's and you'll be happy..

Bilstein Sport shocks and espelir springs
Supposedly mines 2.5" drop...but heck it barely dropped 1" ;P
But the ride is great, doesnt bottom out even on jumps...

ahh ok.. must have been an accident or something btw.. how much did you pay for your apex spring kit, and was it the same guy that lowered your car the one that got them for you? if so.. who is this guy and where can i find him.. i'd love to get some prices off him.
