looks like a modified world class bumper...

or a lip for the USDM bumper.

Yup, its just a lip for the OEM USDM "extended" bumper and from what I can read it might not fit well. ^^ Agreed ...kinda looks like the World Class bumper.

I'm waiting to see what Supershyguy comes up with. The lip he did for the gen8 is hot, not so thick and bulbous like this one.
