Are you sure taking out the driver airbag is a good idea?

That said, all airbag circuit connectors are yellow and have a two-stage lock - there are two locks to open before you can separate them. Outer lock flips open and the inner slides, IIRC. Take out the battery first and wait 90 seconds before doing so, of course.

y would u want to take out the air bag from the stock wheel?? just take the wheel off and put the momo one on... if your scared that the airbag is gonna pop out when your takin off the stock one just disconnect the ground off the battary and then do it... but to let u know u'll gonna see the SRS light on after your new wheel is put on unless u know how to tap into the SRS wires and ground it so the light will stay off and the pass-side airbag will still work.. =)
thats wut i did on my old civic i THINK its the same for most cars..

^^^ Be weary though - alot of newer cars unless you know what you are doing you cant do that. The SRS System is set up to work even if the battery is destroyed on some newer cars.
