AE86 Removing rear quarter panel? ae86

There's so much rust under them i'm afraid aliens will come out so i'm gonna dremel all that rust out, fiberglass/cut/weld watever's needed to fix that...BUT FIRST...how do i remove the panel.

seems to me, the rear quarter panels in infact, the 1/4 panel, roof, otherside's 1/4panel and all the soroundings of the door....

lets hope i'm wrong. someone please post some concrete info for future rust warriors in look of strategies. my 86 is almost rust free (fl car). TY in advance!

look at some DIY's for like a classic mustang fastback they should be similar in setup.

if you want the car to look straight and good the only way will be to replace the sheet metal.. that is if theres fenders or fender patches available, either will be hard to find,

If i were you id get into it a little. watch what you use try like a starbright wheel or something to reduce the metal you remove just be ready to find a nightmare under the paint

i looked and it doesnt really help.

so tell me something. what will happen if someone gets hit the a quarter panel in the 86? replacement of whole part ~ both quarter panels and roof ` 1 pieace!!

'cause if you cut and weld new sheet metal, how're you going to imitate the little fender flare things on the 86...sad
