cyril: the $350 does not include the price of the coil over kit. Sorry, but the coilover kit from GC costs $400 cdn after taxes, customs and shipping.
the $350 is only for the serivice of cutting, welding, and painting of the casing. for $750 cdn, i'll be more than wiling to make a pair or for $675, i can use your existing strut casings.
like i said, i'm not really in it to make cash, but its a service i can provide for those that wish to do the conversion.
likewise, if you have hookups on a welder or the tools needed, i'd say go and do it yourself....it will be a lot cheaper.
the only place that can get rears...that i know of...are tony jspec and bill sherwood in austrailia.
a couple of Japanese tuners also make them...but they are extremely costly!!!!!
for the ae86, you DON"T need rear coilovers....height adjustablity has never really been a real issue for the rears as it really only mattered to N2 spec racers and the like who NEED to dial in accurate damper/suspension settings.
i garauntee you, 90% of ae86'rs who run coilovers...do not have them for the rears.
