Engine swap

What would be the dif. and cost of getting and swapping a current celica engine (not sure of the engine code, vvtl-i) into my 02 corolla? Or is there a better option?

I'm in Newport, VT. It would cost $1000 for labor, the expensive parts are the engine/tranny/wiring/ecu, plus the custom axles and whatnot. Probably run you around $4000 - $5000 all said and done.
