Dr. Tweak

Man i have got to give props to Dr. Tweak for doing such crazy work. Straight up i think he's one of the best people out there that know toyota's real well. Theres might be other people that are good too but he's got to be the best when it comes down to doing swaps and other stuff. I'm really hard to impress but seing what he's done at his web site (www.phoenixtuning.com) i'm just left in shock. Just though i would start a thread just to give him props.

no disrespect to Dr. Tweak and not taking away the swaps he'd completed but most it are just engine swaps. it's not like he's dropping a 4E-FTE to an FR layout car. or dropping a 2JZTE on a FF car. or building a 1000whp out of a 4 bange, you know what i'm saying?

again.. most of the swaps are neat on the site! good stuff Dr. Tweak, how come i haven't seen you in a while at grupotoyota.com?

Woah, just saw this... thanks for the and micro214_kp61 thanks for... no props... heh.

Anyway for me it's a hobby, something I enjoy and I get to help people out at the same time. (I exchange between 70 and 100 emails a week answering questions about different swaps and whatnot). The swaps I do take a long time because I do work fulltime elsewhere at this point, but I charge less than anyone around here does for that reason so it works out for everyone.

Someday (soon I hope), I'll be skilled enough so that I can go out on my own and do this stuff 5 days a week... until then I'm going to enjoy it as I always have and learn all I can.
