Added 12oz. 134a with guage, still read 10 lbs, sight glass clear, still blowing warm air. Capacity 1.55 lbs. Compressor working and condenser fan working. Any ideas ??

I did that once for a week where i had the AC on but it was warm, and i didn't notice how hot it was. i accidnetly had the thing on hot. i know it sounds dumb but its possible.
