wow, didn't even SEE this one.... quite hilarious....
first off, if you have problems with the reverse (which all C series trans i've owned do) then just leave it in neutral, release the clutch, push it back in and it should slide into gear....
if you have a problem getting it into 1st gear when stopped, that's when you want to start checking the clutch fluid levels and/or for leaks (well, it's always good to check the levels, and if low check for leaks).....
as for the 'radiator coolant level'.... wow.... that's an interesting one..... heat on a clutch is either from a lot of slipping the clutch (ie, new driver.. causing pre-mature wearing) or simply heat passing from the crank to the flywheel.... etc...
(the only thing that doesn't have contact with the radiator fluid, but CAN affect it.... so far that i've found... is the ignitor within the distributor.... and I only found this out once i did the 4age swap using the 4afe electronics.... i burned through ignitors if they weren't well cooled... and the 4afe dizzy just happens to be sitting next to a main coolant passage)
