Your best bet would be removing the existing lines and measuring the total length. After you know the length, you can head to the parts store and buy the correct length of brake line you are going to need.
Make sure to use a tube bender to match the bends of the existing line. If you try bending the lines without using a bender, you can crease the line causing a weak point. These points can fail under the high pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the brake system = no brakes. You may also need a flare tool if you need to cut the brake line to length.
