get vivek to help with the liscense plate sticker.....i don't think you're motor wil fail e test...just as usual..change the fuel filter, clean the air filter, new plugs....and some methyl hydrate should do the trick...

it ain't got no cat or egr on it tho.. the egr part is easy, but the cat, i have to pay someone to chop my exhaust, and weld some flanges it.. because right now, the whole exhaust is welded, even to the header, doh!
