How tricky to replace this bulb?

Hi all,
My daughter just bought a '96 Corolla and found that the light that
illuminates the Park, Reverse, Drive, etc. indicator has burnt out. Is this
a tough one to replace? I remember once ripping apart the same thing in my
Pathfinder and had some trouble getting it back together
Thanks for any info.
Gary

same thing keeps happening on our 93, i wouldn't worry about it. You really don't need it if you're careful. I just put it in reverse, then let go of the button (keeping on the brake of course) and pull it down to drive, it'll automaticall stop at drive.

i've heard that it's a real pain in the arse to change, so i never bothered to do it.

also, if you tap it a couple times, a lot of the times it'll light right back up (at least in ours)
