I have a 1300 conquest and i would like it to go faster now some people have said i sould put nos on it and some say super charge it what do you think i sould do

Firstly you have to think if you want to turbo or if you want to keep it NA.

the conquest is a little car, based off the corolla i believe, that toyota produces in africa.

going faster depends on how much you are willing to spend. the more you spend the faster you go. nitrous and forced induction are both good options, but both are hard on the engine, so proper preparation and modification is required to make the engine stand up to those two power adders. maybe you should start ou twith the basic (air intake, head, exhaust, ecu, Cams, etc) before straight to the big stuff.
