If you don't know how to do it yourself.. you shouldn't even be trying. I'd take it to a shop if I was you, there's too many steps involved and too many things to watch out.. you could actually kill yourself if you don't take the springs off properly and even if you did, you'd still have to get an alignment after the springs settle down (2weeks after at least)

step 1 take old spring off
step 2 use hack saw to take a few inches off
step 3 youve successfully ruined/lowered your car

if you have air it'll take you 2-3 hours having never done it. pretty easy though. rough summary: REAR, with tires off rear and car on stands: remove trunk liner; remove 4 bolts from top of strut on each side (easy if you have fold down rear seats) remove nut on bottom of strut, remove strut w/ spring; using (whatever they're called) spring compressor clamps, compress spring so that you can take of the top nut (might need an allen wrench and have to hand-loosen cause air might not do it) replace spring with h-techs(don't need to compress lowering springs)...reverse order to put back
FRONT: with tires off front and car on stands: open hood, remove (if i can remember 3) nuts from (looking at windshield) top left and right; behind rotors and slightly above rotors there is a nut, and a seperate bolt that need to be remove, take these off and then remove the strut w/ spring, should slide down and out. same thing as before to replace the springs. reverse order

THEN GET AN ALIGNMENT....hope this help. If it doesn't cause you've never done anything like this with a car before then pay someone.
