thinking of gettins some new rims for my AE101 (like title states). 16" is the biggest i think i should go, 15's maybe. anyone know as to what the best tire size for these rims should be? i want something thinner than a 60series but thicker than a 35 series. not sure about what these width of tire these rims will take. thinking of getting these:

mine are motegi's also........ 16x7 +42

tire is 205/45/16........... I lowered my car... and loaded it up with stuff to go camping

basically it was covering the tires... but after driving 5 hrs and through some bumpy roads.......it never rubbed........ I think these are the biggest you should go so that you don't have to roll your fender

anything between 38-43 offset should be ok.. after that you might start encountering some Fender rubbing if its lower than 38 or strut rubbing if its higher than 45. You could also run a smaller sized spacer to give you some gap between the wheel and the strut on a higher than 43 offset.
