FX-16 Special Edition, What The...?

Im in the University today walking to my car when I see a Toyota Corolla FX-16 with gold special edition decals on the doors, and I ponder what kind of special edition did toyota do for the good ole FX?

Probably some ricer who stuck the "Special Edition" decals on his FX that were intended for some other car. Happens all the time. Like those insecure guys who stick a "V6" badge on their 5S-FE Camry.

It is either a ricer thing or a thing Toyota put on the car to sell more cars. They do that a lot with there cars like for the tercel they had the black hawk, red hawk and white hawk edition and all that had more was the sticker on it or with the camrys they have the american edition and crap like that when the only thing different is the sticker. Its a selling ploy is all it is because most people will fall for it and think it is special.
