i have a 97 rolla CE and was wondering what i can do to it to get a lil mroe accel out of it for a really cheap price. no NOS please. i wanna spend like $200 or so.

i read that i can change the RPM's it switches gears at, where would that be?

ECU programming..... cost of that is more on the 500 dollar range than 20 dollars..
I'd just get a case of corona with the 20bucks, you arent gonna get any performance of anykind with that kind of money.

Hey, what about advancing the timing well past the point of detonation, then buying a few gallons of 100+ Octane race gas?

Or getting those cool HKS decals that add 10 horsepower each?

Yeah, for any meaningful gain, you'll have to add a few zeros to the $20 figure.

hey man, i have the exact same car, and so i know what your talking about with the crappy acceleration

anyways, i was wondering about ECU's, i know flashmn mentioned that. How much would that be to install, because i was thinking about getting one, and i dont have the skills to install it myself. thanks
