Dunno - it looks more like the crap "light bars" they put betwixt the headlights on Sables and Mercury minivans back in the day...GM did something similar, too, I believe. It's a dead fad...and for a reason

I'd take the headers.

And yeah, I remember the mercury Sables and some GM vehicles having that style back in the 80s then again the Levin is an 80s vehicle.
