USA lowering the car...

on an 05 corolla S, to lower my car i want to get the tein springs. question is tho, would i have to change anything else? are the stock strut and what not good enough?

u might want to change the struts also.

people have used the stock struts with tein/eibach springs but some people complaint that the original struts died after 6000 miles or so

um.. at the moment there are NO aftermarket struts for the 03++ ... you will have to roll on stock with aftermarket springs

your car is new enough that you should still get some years on them. Use that time to save up and buy some koni yellows.

sorry skewe, yeah aftermarkets put on 40K mile struts = short life span

Considering my amount of stupid posts, this is just a shot in the dark, don't forget to use the camber correction kit once lowered()
I saw a 240 hb, 4 degrees of camber on the rear, my cuz's twincam saturn kicked the shit of him.... racer boy...

the S techs look sweet (reference sig below) and Im on stock shocks still after about 20,000 miles, no joke. Still a great ride and the shocks still feel great. Get the springs and you'll be worry free for at least a year and a half, unless you are a hardcore autox'er.
