Yes.. the main thing to worry about is that the hubs are bigger on a Honda than a Toyota so its really not recommended to put Honda wheels on a Toyota, unless you're getting a hub adaptor. The same would apply with aftermarket wheels, make sure you're getting the Toyota hub adapters if you're buying a set of wheels. The purpose of a hub is to make sure that you're not resting all the car's weight on the bolts only. With aftermarket or any non-oem wheels you'll be putting all the weight of the car on the bolts only and you're risking breaking the bolts and the wheel falling off.
Offset, you should be ok with any 38-43 offset anything higher will rub the inside on the strut and anything lower will rub the fender. (you might be able to get away with 44-45 offsets also, but its safer to stay in the 38-43 range)
One thing I hate is when people go with the same size rims they already have just because of convenience. The whole concept of changing your rims is to upgrade the look and performance. A nice set of 15s even 16s would be better than keeping 14s just cause. I would upgrade to a bigger set and keep the OEM rims/tires for winter.
