Depends on where you are. But of course, there are state laws, and then there are local laws and then there are laws all over the place. But according to the CHP on California Highways.

Looks very cool. How is the camcon VVT controller working for you?? I saw a dyno of a camcon tuned 2ZZ and it gets some pretty nice gains in the midrange torque (no torque dip just before lift) and overall top end HP.

You are supposed to have an amber or white reflector on the front corner. It's probably amber because some juristictions allow only amber reflectors on the front while others allow white and amber. Having one color will save money for Toyota due to logistical factors.

In California, white relfector is ok and so is white front turn signal. I accidentally put white turn signals on my Camry (bought white bulbs instead of amber bulbs) and I left them that way since I didn't feel like driving 5 mi to return a $3 package of light bulbs.

What does the top of the valve cover say? GTech?
