USA '91 corolla interior lite not working

I have a '91 corolla and I cannot get the interior dome lite to work. The fuse inside panel at floor is good, the fuse inside box by battery is good. The bulb is fine, but I have no power(electric) to the switch. Is the wire bad from the fuse box or is there something simple I am missing? p.s. the trunk lite works fine.

See those two screws that attach the light to the roof? They're also the ground, And they suck.

Its called a volt meter.....and its process of elimination. Touch it to the dome light wires, nothing? Cut the wire near the fuse box, nothing? THen its your fuse box.

I took the cover off of mine, unplugged the connector and found that one of the metal tabs were broken off.

But best bet is probably to do like Liter says, just work your way back from the light.
