Fuel cut solenoid? Where is that located? Also, thanks for noticing that I had a carb and not fuel injection! So many people argue with me and tell me I don't have a carb lol

Also, if I was running too lean, what might I be able to do to fix that?

I get the same thing with mine....i turn off the car and it sputters then shuts off. What i found was causing it was for some odd reason whenever it came near my time to get a oil change it would start. After i change the oil, it doesnt do it again for another 5k.

your throttle plate is open too far, whats happening here is when you shut it off, the plug electrodes are hot enough to keep the motor going without a spark, the problem keeps going when the motor is able to pull enough air past the plates and get enough gas from the idle circuit in the carb and off it goes. open the plates some more and put it in gear and it just might take you somewhere, simply slow the idle down and dont run the idle very rich and it will behave

fred and flash explanation got some points. I experienced this first hand and I already heard what flash and fred said but it turns out my "dieseling" problem causes by improper (high idling) on my 4AF. I tinker with my A&F mixture at first, making sure it was set properly, then adjusted my idling without aircon to 750 rpm, adjusted with aircon at 900 rpm and finally set my timing to 10 degrees (which was at 5 degrees before).

Problem solved. Engine dies the moment I turn the key.

Just a suggestion.
