Need help with gauges fast!!!

Alright i guys i messed up. I have a 97 corolla. I was putting white gauges on and i just went ahead and removed the needles ( which was stupid). I have the gas gauge and the temp gauge fixed now. but my speedo is way off. It says i'm doing like 30 when i'm doing around 10. and also when i come to a complete stop the needle is still at like 40 and slowly goes down to 0.

Please help if you know a way to fix this

Go to my cardomain (click my tag on the left and click on homepage), page 4, see Speedometer Gage Face Removal- for a visual how you can try to adjust the needle on the odometer. Since you don't have a refference point prior to needle removal, you'll need to adjust it many times before you get it right and may need to do a few runs with a friends car driving parallel to yours while reading the gage for speed.
