Clutch Chatter

When I pull off the line in 1st (and sometimes when I first get into 2nd), the car will shudder a bit as I let off the clutch. It seems to be more prevalent when it's chilly out..... and it will do it usually no matter how I use the clutch (ride it or just go as it should).

Is this an indication that the clutch is on it's way out?

This is an indication that your flywheel needs to be, "milled,cut,resurfaced, or even replaced" whatever you want to call it. Since you have to remove the clutch to get to the flywheel you might as well replace it also.
