USA 2003 Corolla Cruise Control does not work

I just got this car (2003 Corolla S) and except for the cruise control not working it is great. Does the cruise control have a fuse? Is there something else that I might check out?

Are you using it right? Press in the cruise control button and push the lever down when you're going the speed you want to maintain. Pull up and hold to accelerate. Press down again to coast. Just being sure. Beyond that, I have no clue.

Also when its working there should be a green light that comes on showing "cruise" on your dash...Fuses are under your glove compartment and on your battery side under the hood...Good luck...Radd...Guy...
