Need an A/C vent (center-left in specific) and need y'all ta' check yours for me.....

OK, so on my trip to the junkyard last weekend, I was all smiles 'cuz I thought I got everything I needed.

Well the Prizm I pulled from was missing the center A/C vents so I took the "left" driver's side vent 'cuz I could've swoooooorn it was the EXACT same size. I even counted off the slots in it (5) to be certain, right?

Welp, this weekend after doing me full-blown tuneup to it, I tried to put the vent in & literally obliterated the old vent so no chance of putting it back in............and what was the case????????..............YUP......you guessed it..............a hair too big!!!! (UGHHHHHH!!!!!!)

Only other similar car left at the local junkyard is a Corolla. (Remember, mine's a Prizm)

Any chance anybody can check & see if their center A/C vents are slightly smaller than the outer vents??? (Left outer?)

(I know the Corolla & Prizm center console is not the same, so it'd be a roll of the dice at this point)
