Soo... When I pull the lever it doesn't do anything. I tried adjusting it and I can't move it, But it never stops the rear tires even with them in the air. I can't move any of the cable at anyend, What do you guys think is wrong?

Wouldn't a snapped cable let the whole thing come out? I grabbed all three ends, it doesn't move.

Also, Do I really have to drop the exhaust to get the the equalizer or is there another way?

When you pull the lever does it resist? If it does then the spring assembly is intact. The cable has snapped if they're not biting. They cannot not bite with the cable intact, because with that you'll pull it all the way up until it bites.
