UK Ae82 Urgent Help

hi evry body im a new user
i have a corolla gt ae82 and im from London UK
i recently had very bad overheating problem n realised ma head gasket went
so i changed the gasket n everything also put everything bk 2gther n whne the car started it agen is overheating,
i didnt hav a thermostat b4
so i bought o ne n put a new one in,still it over heats
n radiator is full n da overflowing bottle starts 2 boil n all da water is out.
there is no water leak or nething but stil lthe car over heats
som 1 help me man i am sooo totally confused now man.
i no for a fac the thermostat is opening due 2 the pipes being hot
i wud really apricaite if ne one can help me and giv eme a solution

4age Overheating

Have you had the cooling system pressure tested? it could be a crecked combustion chamber and if it is you should be able to see white smoke coming out of the tail even after the engine has been running for a long time.
The other thing you should check is your ignition timing, if it is running too advanced the combustion chambers are running too hot for the coolant to cool them without evaporating, also, is your thermo fan working properly.

hey if your car has a sealed cooling system, you need to bleed the cooling system. Had the same problem in my nissan.

depending on the mileage, you may want to check for water coming out of the weap holes on the water pump, its a little difficult to get to, but if theres rust at the bottom weap hole...you got a dieing water pump, same thing happened to me, new water pump and all was fine
