?'s about 96 Corolla 1.8L

Hello, I just picked up a 96 corolla wagon with 1.8 L. I'd like to change the coolant but I have no service manual or owners manual.
If someone has the service manual can you let me know what the steps are. (Like drain radiator, then drain engine) and does it have an engine block drain plug. And how many gallons does the system hold.
AND What are some good performance mods for this engine/car?
Thanks

Drain the radiator, and if you want you can drain the block (most people don't worry about it), the drain plug is near the oil filter if I recall correctly. The Haynes manual shows where it is, you should at least pick one of them up for $20 or whatever they are. It takes around a gallon and 1/2 or so. Just pick up two gallons of premixed to be safe.

The best performance mods for that engine, in order of best modification first are:

Get rid of that engine and swap another in
Turbocharge that engine

There is a ton of info on each of those subjects here on the forum and other forums, just search around and you will find all you need.
