slight grinding noise

I just changed my driver's side cv(left), and both tie rods and ball joints but there is still a weak grinding noise from the front when I turn. It sounds like the brakes dragging but it only happens when Im turning right. Do you guys think my right cv is about to give or is this just a simple dragging brake problem?

also do you guys recommend the brembo front discs they sell on ebay? will that improve my braking performance. I have carbon metallic pads up front....

my celica has a very slight grinding noise but i can hear it going straight, turning ect.i replaced the axle shafts and pads,rotors(needed them anyways) but its still there im assuming the noise on mine is coming from the hub bearing but its not loud and there is no play in it so im just gonna leave it. check your hub bearings that may be where the noise is coming from
