Smallest midrange i've seen in a component set is 4".
I started out with a 4" component set (Lanzar DC 4.1), but they didn't have enough midbass so I upgraded to 5 1/4".

I did. It ran for 2 weeks seeing about 10psi boost then it started smoking out the tailpipe (burning oil) one day.
The rings are shot and a part of the #4 piston is melted. So I decided no more 3S-FTE for me and sold the turbo.
