Redline MT-90 (type GL4 with a higher viscosity than GL5) is what I use. I highly recommend it since both upshifts and downshifts become super smooth. On freezing cold days, I do not have to wait for the car to warm up so that I can get the car into gear. It shifts like butter even when the car is cold.
